Policies

Appointments:

Please arrive early enough to enjoy the steam room and relaxation area.  Please be ready for your treatment so it may begin on time.

Late Arrivals:

Client will receive the balance of their appointment time and be charged full price for their service.  (Some exceptions will be honored.)

Cancellations:

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointmen and a 48-hour notification is required for two or more services.  A non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment may be charged when no notice is given.  Any cancellation after the required time or those that don't show for their appointment shall result in their credit card being charged or their gift certificate being redeemed.  This is a courtesy to all guests, which allows us to be able to reserve an appointment for another client.

Gift Certificates:

Are treated as cash and are non-refundable.  They may be used towards spa and salon services and for retail items in our boutique.

Returns/Refunds:

When purchasing product from our boutique, please choose carefully.  Unsued merchandise may be returned within 7-days of purchase with a valid receipt for retail credit only.  Refunds will not be issued on used products.

Children:

POSH Belle Gente is a place of relaxation for all guests.  Children 12 years or under are not allowed in the spa unless prior approval by management.  Thank you for y our understanding in this matter.

Personal Property:

Lockers are provided for your personal items.  We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.  Please leave valuables at home.

Cellular Phones:

For the consideration and quiet enjoyment of our entire guest, cell phones are not allowed for any reason in the spa.  This includes the locker rooms as well.  Please complete your calls before entering the spa.  When entering the spa environment please keep voice levels to a low tone.  Thank you for  your cooperation in this matter.
